This is so much fun for the kids. They were fighting over it for a few days until they learned that they could both play with it at the same time and both have fun. The pony is much larger than the original My Little Ponies but looks and feels the same. It has enough songs and activities to not get boring. The songs are cute and not annoying (for me at least!). The pony prompts the kids to get up and dance which they do. The pony swishes it's tail and moves it's head and mouth, but I was disappointed that it does not move it's legs. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but I thought it would do a few little dance steps at least! The batteries have lasted so far. It automatically shuts off if the buttons aren't pushed. I would recommend it for any girls that love to sing and dance and love My Little Pony. Not worth $50, but I got it on sale for $30.

My daughter loves My Little Pony collection and was excited to get this gift for her birthday. It's a good size for her to bring along. She feels like she has a "talking" friend that sings, dance, and talks to her when we're in the car or in her playroom. The mouth and tail movements are smooth and natural looking.

TopStrengths: This is a great toy for little girls, they enjoy the music and movements of the pony. My granddaughter loves to sing along. It is defintely a favorite, a keeper toy.
Weakness: I really can't see any. It is age-appropriate for the ages listed. Parents may want to set limits on amount of time sounds are played and supervise handling of pony.
It is just darling. The package also included two other bonus pony dolls: "Thistle Whistle" and "Sew and So" that makes it even more fun. These extra figures add to the possibilities when playing with the pony. The figures are sturdy and the colors of costumes, hair, tails, are just
perfect for a little girl. I highly recommend it.

TopStrengths: Keeps little girls entertained for hours on end. Probably one of the cutest toys ever made. Has the potential to actually help little girls learn through interactive games & songs.
Weakness: Can't put it in water & many smaller children will try to take her in the bathtub with them. The starts to irritate after a few hours of listening to it being played Over and Over.
This is probably one of, if not the Cutest Toys Ever. She Sings, Shakes Her Little Bottom & Dances, Plays Interactive Games & Moves Her Head and Mouth. She does a lot of things that will Totally Amuse Little Girls. The controls are on the bottom of her leg, which makes it simple, even for the youngest of girls to use.
Now for the Downside. Do Not let a child take her out of the packaging. Her long mane is securely attached to the backing. A child would pull it out & possibly tear most or all of the mane out. Adult common sense needs to be applied here. They probably do this so that it looks better in the packaging and so that the ponies aren't taken out in the stores. Also, she comes with 4 C batteries. They won't last long, because they're just for demonstration. Most people don't have a supply of C batteries laying around. Be sure to have some fresh ones on hand to avoid a disappointment on the little one not being able to play her. Don't let your little girl drag her into the bathtub with her, as she's not waterproof. The Pony gets a little distracting after a few hours. My advice would be to let the child play with her for awhile and then play in another room, so you don't have to hear it hour after hour.
Not my problem. I'm the grandma, so my grand daughter can play with her to her hearts content-At Home.

Adorable
Strengths: Captures child's attention.
Weakness: The voice can wear on mom after awhile.
This is a cute toy for a 1-3 year old. It seems like it is well constructed - time will tell! She flutters her eyes, wags her tail. My 1 year old daughter was delighted, and my 2 year old son keeps pushing the buttons.
