I used to like the original Trim Spa when it contained ephedra, but their new ingredient list is just watered down. The only ephedra free product that works for me now is Thermadrol . I just figured I would try a product that was easy to buy in the store, but store bought weight loss products are junk, I am a lifetime thermadrol customer now with no complaints about having to order the Thermadrol online after trying this stuff.

Strengths: Curbs your appetite.
Weakness: Large tablets without a coating to make them easy to swallow, and expensive.
After taking Trim Spa for a few days I was feeling less hungry. I am taking 2 tablets a day and they are helping. The directions suggest 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. So you could take up to 6 tablets, but 2 have been working well for me. I eat less at meal time now and do not have the urge to snack in between meals anymore. They are expensive though.
