TopStrengths: Starts acting from day 1. It will not disrupt your body functions, or your regular day. It keeps you energized. I was migraine free for the duration of the treatment.
Weakness: I would love it to be a longer treatment, or something that I could use more frequently cause it makes me feel so good but you can only use it for 7 days, once every 30 days.
I am a chronic migraine sufferer. Meds don't work for me. I did this Detox 7 Program without looking for migraine relief, but I was surprised to be pain free with it! My mind was very active while on the Detox 7, my mental capacity was at its best. I felt incredibly energized! I could excercise. I could work late at night without feeling fatigued. I stopped overeating. My digestive system improved all the way. No more gas or stomach aches.
I was afraid of trying detox Products because I am prone to diarrhea. Well, I was surprised to see that the Detox 7 treatment normalized all my intestinal functions. It helped with peristaltic movement as well.
It is a wonderful product! However, since this product can only be taken for 7 days (once every 30 days), I wish I knew which of the herbs are the ones that make me feel energized and migraine free, so that I could continue taking these few herbs on a daily basis. I have not been able to find out that information, but the Detox 7 gives me incredible benefits while on it!
It is very important to drink TONS of water with it, to get the maximum results, so have a bottle of water always with you at work or wherever you go. It is also very important to eat a healthy diet. This product helps you to finally start living a healthy life!

TopI just recently purchased a box of this Detox 7, and really want to try it due to the high ratings I have heard and read about it. My question is, I noticed it said that if you are on medications , not to take this. What medications are they meaning. I am currently taking Topral XL, and xanax, would this product cause a reaction with my meds? A reply will be greatly appreciated.Thankyou.

I just recently started this Detox 7. I feel wonderful! Yes it has increase my bowel movements which I greatly needed. But it somehow gives me much needed energy! I am not sure about the medications it may be referring to...but the product seems to be all natural. I also take medications....I've had thyroid cancer and now have to take thyroid replacement. It does not seem to effect me other than feeling great! You may want to ask your local pharmacist about it, if that would make you feel better about it. I love it myself! I wish you were able to use it more often than 30 days! I only started to try it because I always feel I just can't get all my waste out. Like I needed a laxative. Bloated. I feel wonderful. I hope you get great results too!
I am on day 5 of Detox7 and I have lost 6 pounds. I don't feel bloated and stuffed after I eat anymore, and I tend to not want to put bad greasy things in my system. But even if I do, I know the Detox7 is working to get rid of it. I've tried a 2-day cleanse, but you weren't allowed to eat any food. But this is great!

I have been on Detox7 for 4 days now, but I have not seen a big bowel movement yet, am I supposed to see a big bowel movement. Is this program supposed to clean my colon? Also, I have been drinking tons of water (distilled), so I have been urinating a lot. So how will I know if this product is working for me or not? Thanks for your help.

I just finished the 7-day program and not only did I not feel any differently during it, I don't feel any differently now. I drank tons of water, was actually constipated for two days, and saw none of the extra energy that was advertised. And I don't feel at all "cleansed". Does it take more than one cycle?

All I got after using Detox 7 for 3 days was terrible headaches. I can't beleive how terrible I feel, won't recommend it to anybody.
Strengths: It starts working right away at least it did for me. I feel really good while doing this.
This is the second time I have used this product. I think it is beneficial to your health. I am also combining lots of water and lots of exercise five days a week with this in hopes of losing some weight too. I take lexapro and it has not affected me. It is good to use every few months.

This is my second time using Detox 7, and i already bought enough for a year supply. I will take it every 30 days forever. I lost 17LBS the first time and 10 the second time, and i was not trying to loose weight. The headaches were no where as bad as the first time. i had more energy and the best thing about this product is your bowel movements. Dont know how to describe it(they snap off real easy)

TopMy body must really need cleansing. It's only Day 2 for me but I felt the effects immediately after yesterday mornings regimen. I thought the herbs would make me sick to my stomach. It actually helped my breakfast to digest yesterday. I was also worried the herbs would make me jittery or keep me awake at night. Just the opposite - I had energy all day and slept great last night. The best part was the amazing bowel movement I had this morning. Unbelievable how great I feel today. I wasn't going to change my diet or lifestyle while trying this but with such positive results this early, I think I will diet, exercise and quit my normal vices. Since I reallize it's a little soon to totally evaluate, I will come back later in the week with an update.

Well, I used the Detox for the 7 days and it did nothing much for me. I drank the nasty gritty ugly green mixture and I am glad it did not cost a whole lot as I would not tell anyone to buy the product. Besides a little gas and a few normal bowel movements nothing to write about........Just my input. It works for some but not for me.

I feel great! I also quit smoking on day one and have been wondering why I feel so energetic. It finally hit me that this Detox also boosts your energy. It has also been working very well in "other" personal areas as well. Very happy with the product.

I have been having skin problems for probably 8 months. The dr. said I had psoriasis. I have tried a little bit of everything and found nothing to help. I have steriod spray but don't want to be dependent on that. I have been searching for a healing and been reading about detoxing. Then I ran across this product and it seemed easy enough to follow. It started working the first day I took it and it has cleared my skin. I also have lost 7 lbs. Thanks so much for helping me!

I bought this thinking it would help with "bowel cleansing". After the first couple of days it wasn't doing anything at all! So I studied the "literature" more closely and it says "not a laxative" ok, then what is it since they advertise it as internal cleanser?!
I thought it would be a "cleanser" which wouldn't give me diarrhea, but this doesn't make your bowels move at all!

I take the pills, but I can't swallow the packages without gagging. It don't taste bad, but I can't get past the texture. It is too thick and gritty. I would like it better if the packs were in a pill form.

TopIf you mix it with more water it will help. I mixed mine the first day and I was like "you gotta be kidding me." So I added more water. Try it it works great.

My name is Tucker and I'm 23. I've been in shape most of my life, but since graduating college and getting a desk job I've become a bit lethargic, out of shape, and the heaviest I've ever been. People look at me and try to tell me I'm in shape because I'm skinny. Or relatively skinny at least. I weigh 160 pounds right now, and as I said, that is the most I've ever weighed. 20 pounds and 5 years ago, I ran 10 miles a day, every day in under an hour. I miss those days, not because of the strength or the accomplishment in doing such things, but more of how I felt. I have started a training program to get me running again, and with that I will be starting the detox 7 program to see if it can help clear my head and body, as well as shed a few pounds. Day one starts in a couple of hours. I'll check in tomorrow.

I didn't try it yet but I'm about to start. For everyone posting saying it didn't help your b/m, it doesn't say it was going to. It says that it helps with digestion and detoxifies, it doesn't say it detoxifies your colon this is for your whole body. If you want something to detoxify your colon get something that says that on there specifically. I'll review again after I try it. And good luck to anyone else.

TopStrengths: I feel more energetic. I usually drink coffee every morning, but so far (I'm on day 5) I haven't needed to and I don't get headaches from caffeine withdrawls. Definitely more energy
Weakness: I see no change in bowel movements. I typically eat a lot of fiber and still have trouble with BM's... thought this would help but it sure hasn't yet.
I don't know if I will try this again. It seems to have worked for a few people and not worked well for others and I think I fall into the later category. If you're looking for a cleanser, it's cheap so give it a shot b/c the herbs and fiber are good for you anyways. But I wouldn't expect to lose and weight or have more frequent bowel movements.

First off if you look at the bottom of the box you'll notice the "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease." That alone should let you know that this product is useless. In addition this whole "Detox" stuff is fake and pure nonsense. In reality if you had to do any detoxing in your system you should be going to a doctor, not taking herbal supplements. This is merely a way for them to profit off your fears. Save your $10 and buy a nutrition guide or something useful.

TopThis is an ignornat statment. Of course this statment is printed on the label! Even your daily vitamin has this statment listed. The FDA does not and cannot regulate herbs ( as much as they woudl like to) So for thh risk of getting sued, companies must print this statment. This product has herbs and ingredients that do help clean out your system and there is real science behhind this. Just do your research. I really hope that someone was not discourged by this person's statment.

Not really, Vitamin supplements have actual studies behind them and you can pick and choose the specific nutrients you're lacking in your daily diet. These random "Herbal Supplement" kits are meant to scam people out of their money by claiming to be a catch all to good health, when it's really not the case at all. Useless product.
I am on Day 4 of Detox7. I do not feel energized, no change in BMs. I weigh each morning, the 1st 3 days my weight was unchanged. Today the scale showed 5 additional pounds. Altho this is disturbing, I will complete the 7 day program. If anything changes, I will write another review.

I bought this to help "cleanse" my system. So far, I've not had any of the benefits other people have listed. No weight loss or increase in energy, and I exercise and track my food specifically to do so. Instead, I have painful gas, bloating and constipation. I'm not sure I'll be able to ride my bike home from work due to the discomfort. I feel like I have to have a b/m, but then nothing happens. Very disappointing.

Personally I think the product is worth the money. It is a bit difficult to drink the fiber powder, in which case the orange flavor is better tasting, and also recommend a luke warm temperature to dissolve the powder.

TopStrengths: I had more energy. I also have asthma and I had been wheezing for quite some time and it literally almost stopped by day 2. Read the direction and all of the product literature. Follow it closely.
Weakness: Headaches however if you drink lots of water it will ease them.
I recommend that you try the product. It worked for me. This is not a laxative. It has helped me with mild constipation. My skin even benefited from the Detox with a nice glow. The best result was the fact that my energy level immensely increased, and I a got a flatter stomach at the same time. I did not exercise while doing the detox 7 but I had the energy to do it. I strongly recommend it. It is quite an awesome and inexpensive product.

Today is the 3rd day. I feel a bit more energy than usual. Day 1 I had several very good bowel movements, but then again I started this on Thanksgiving weekend, when I was at home for 3 days straight doing nothing but eating.
I've done a lot of reasing on colon cleansing, and had understood this 'internal' cleanser to be similar. So far, I've not read any reviews of people having expelled rope-like butt monsters and such. Therefore, I am currently a bit skeptical of the system as a real cleanser. I will post again once I'm done.

--I had been doing some research on cleanses and detox programs, and I picked this one up last night at my local drug store. It was priced at $11, which isn't too bad.
--I took the fiber first thing this morning. I knew what to expect from doing research and reading a lot of testimonials, and I believe this is the reason I didn't gag taking the product. When I opened the packet, I was surprised that it smelled like citrus, but not overwhelmingly so. I mixed it in a bottle, so I could shake it up. It has a greenish tint to it. I took a deep breath and had a swig.
--It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It has a light citrus flavor, but not strong. It *is* thick, but not disgustingly so.
--After ten minutes, I drank the recommended 8 oz of water, and was waiting to feel something. After about half an hour, I started to feel some movement, and had a little gas, which I expected.
--I've not taken the pills yet, but here is what I gather from them:
----They are "normal" vitamin shape and size. They smell a *little* like dill to me, but that's just me. There's no overpowering smell which you get with some pills. They seem to have a light coating on them so they don't dissolve the moment they hit your tongue. I don't believe I'll have any problems swallowing them.
--Basic background:
----I have hypothyroidism, PCOS, IBD, GERD, and migraines. When I weighed myself this morning, I weighed 260 lbs. It is my intent to use this product along with diet and exercise to regain control of my health.

The first time i took this product it didn't do too much for me. I didn't take the directions and recommendations on the box too seriously. I think part of it was i wasnt drinking enough water daily and my diet was still marginal. about 3 or 4 months later i decided to give it another shot and am glad i did. I followed the directions and diet recommendations closely and i definitely felt better within the first 2 days. My energy level definetely increased, i lost 7 lbs., and i felt like my ability to concentrate at work changed as well as my mood. I even noticed some increase in muscle strength when i hit the gym that week. For me anyway, the key to maximizing my results with the program was drinking about 10-12 glasses of water a day, exercising (especially cardio work outs), and eating several small healthy meals throughout the day. Doing those things alone should help the natural detox process anyway, but if you can do those things consistently while on the detox 7 program it will speed up your results dramatically. Let's face it, if you expect any product on the market to be a miracle worker without putting any effort into it, youll probably be terribly dissappointed.
