looking forward to receipt of purchase. Received the purchase as expected. Everything looks good! I will consider drugstore.com for a future purchase. I am not impressed with the impractically limited time frame within which to use the store credits though. |

The product did arrive via UPS as promised in 4 days from shipping notice with an unscannable label which caused the initial complaint. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that Customer Service didn't seem particularly interested in figuring the problem out. In any event, I withdraw my earlier complaint. |

Order arrived under packaged with a smashed up chap stick bottle. I asked for a replacement which was an option in their return policy, instead they gave me store credit. The store credit expired a month after I next logged in. I refuse to shop there again. |

I love the store because of the selection of the products. Sometimes it offers you products you can't find in the store. Most of the times the prices are very good, and can be eligible for free shipping if you buy @ least 25 dollars worth of stuff and a lot of times they have free gifts plus a cashback reward system which really works. I would most definitely recommend this store to a friend. |

Very poor product delivery and customer service. Most of the product I ordered was never delivered. Given that Drugstore.com decided to ship me the full-priced items and not the sale "teaser" items, it seemed like bait and switch to me. |

I ordered a Tommy Girl gift set which was supposed to contain the following: Tommy Girl Cologne Spray, 1.7 fl oz / 50 ml Tommy Girl Smoothing Body Lotion, 2.5 fl oz / 75 ml Tommy Girl Energizing Body Wash, 2.5 fl oz / 75 ml What they sent me was a gift set with a smaller cologne spray - the 1.0 fl oz. |

I'd much rather be reviewing the product I ordered from Drugstore but 10 days after ordering it, I still have not received my order from this company. Yes, standard delivery normally takes a little longer - but I'm only 200 miles from the shipping location. Now they tell me that if I don't have my order by May 5 to let them know and they'll place a tracer on it and resend. So, I suppose I'm expected to be patient and wait 2-4 weeks for this shipment. Received exactly what I ordered, at an excellent price, when it was supposed to be delivered (which was also an excellent price....free!). Ordering was easy; tracking number was provided.....couldn't ask for any more from an online merchant. |

Can't cancel an order (shows as "processed" days before it ships). Show 'free shipping' all over, then nail you with shipping charges on some items. Customer Service responses are slow and lacking useful content. |

I've been ordering stuff from Drugstore.com for about 10x now because I can get 6% off from them thru ebates.com and that they give you free shipping if you order at least $25. You can also earn credits that u can use in their store. Most of their prices are higher than other internet vendors despite the discounts. However, once in a while, you can get a bargain. There was a mistake in my recent order that they were quick to admit and rectify. Hoping to receive the correct item this week. |

Bought a "Gold Card" to save 20% but the items I ordered were never delivered. After about three weeks I clicked "Cancell Order." I emailed drugstore.com about my order several times but they just gave me the run-around. Now I'm out 20 bucks for this "Gold Card" because they can't seem to be able to deliver the items I ordered. |
