100% I would shop at drugstore.com again. The first shipment that they sent me; I received on time, but it was defective. I called customer service and talked with the most helpful rep. He helped me print out a form to return the product back to them, free of charge. He also sent out a new one, that day and I received it 3 days later (the day before Christmas too)! I was so pleased. I would, for sure, shop here again. |

Wow! What great selection and speedy service. They have Free 3-day shipping so no waiting around for all my essentials. I also was shocked at all the products they had, from intimate games for couples to flea and tick products for pets. I'm shopping here from now on. |

I was hesistant at first, since I had seen an overwhelming number of negative reviews. I then considered, and you should too, that an occasional disgruntled customer is far more motivated to sit down and type out a negative review, whereas the satisfied guy goes on happily about using his new product with no further contact. My order arrived quickly, exactly as described, in pristine condition, and saved me much more than if I had bought it at a retail store and paid a higher price plus sales tax. I will recommend to others, and use drugstore.com again myself. |
