I ordered an MIR exercise vest on 6/16/2010. Five days later on the 21st, I received an email that it had been shipped. I was thinking that 5 days was a pretty long time just to get the order out of the warehouse but all in all, I was pretty happy. In the email I received that said it was shipped, it gave me UPS tracking information. On the UPS site, it said the item was scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd. When the 23rd passed by, still nothing so I checked the UPS site again and the status of the order said "billing information received" which means that though they have the information, UPS hasn't even received the item to ship yet. Following this, I emailed Gtech and after 3 days of emailing back and forth, I finally found out that MiR, the manufacturer had run out of vests but would restock the following week. I was pretty mad, but I agreed. Today is July 2, 2010. Apparently, they haven't "restocked" yet. It's been over 2 weeks since I made the order and still nothing. |

So far so good. Nice site presentation. Good equipment descriptions. Shipping included in price is the best way to shop. Good checkout/payment options (google, paypal, etc). |

I believe it took longer than most items sent regpular delivery. Box was very beat up and a slight tear in the product. Still usuable but disappointing. |
