If i could have ordered this from someone else i would have due to your stores policy of not taking credit card orders over the phone but its ok for you to do it here . its pretty hard to fax order and copy of credit card and drivers license without electric to local store |

Overall the site was very user friendly. The one problem I have is that I was suppose to receive "free shipping" with the use of keycode # 75069 and after entering this code the (standard)shipping charges were still added to my total. What the #$@*?? I called nothern tool customer service and talked to "bruce". He said that he couldn't help me. This really started to bother me, but i really needed the product...(What can ya do?) |

The experience I had ordering from Northern Tool was great! But your survey is telling me that I missed something and it is not telling me what. It also won't let me scroll to the end of the page. Oh well. |
