Website was easy to manuever, only question was did not see how return policy works. Gift is for my mother and if she isn't pleased, I'll need to figure out how to return the bedspread. |

Ordered six rods with my drapes. Very nice customer service lady let me know two were back ordered and would not be in for months. Reordered another manufacturer's rods. Package arrives and all rods are out of stock and may ship in a couple of weeks, Nothing on web site indicates back order or out of stock on any of the rods. If the company had been honest about shipping time I could have bought rods locally and have part of the drapes up.. |

They do not describe the products very well. As far as fabrics used for cutains or bedding. Would be nice to be able to "zoom" and see up close the texture as well as if they described items in more detail. |

Beware of two things: 1. The photograph does not always match the item you purchase. I bought a daybed cover and, when it arrived, it did not look at all like the photograph. In fact, it looked like I had wrapped a potato bag over my daybed. 2. Some of their items cannot be returned, but you find out only on page 2, if you read this far. Items that say "special purchase" in the small print cannot be returned. If you place your order by phone (as I did), they probably won't tell you the item cannot be returned (they did not tell me). I therefore found myself with an ugly daybed cover that they did not want back. I had a fit, went to the supervisor, and they finally agreed to accept the return. It took them over two months to refund me. I was also unable to write a review on their site (I wanted to warn other customers). |

So far so good. We shall see when it arrives. Then I will know for sure! NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED IT I REALLY LIKE IT AND I THINK MY DAUGHTER WILL LIKE IT....HOWEVER....THE WEBSITE SAID DELIVERY TIME WAS 2 TO 3 DAYS. VERY UNTRUE. I WAS VERY DISHEARTENED AS HER DAD WANTED TO GIVE THIS TO HER EARLY TO USE AHEAD OF TIME SINCE IT WAS A CHRISTMAS SHOWER CURTAIN AND NOW SHE CANNOT. IT WOULD BE REDICULOUS TO GO TO ALL THE TROUBLE TO PUT UP FOR 5 DAYS WHEN YOU HAVE A 2 MONTH OLD TO TAKE CARE OF ALSO. |
