I had good customer service on the phone so far. Items I ordered were mostly in stock in California. Some were in stock in Iowa and I was told these will take longer to ship. Update: The items shipped from Iowa arrived timely via Ground shipping. Customer service reps were very helpful and friendly when I called to check status and other inventory questions. |

So far - so good. I've placed a total of 3 orders & I have no compliants. The only delivery issue I had was when Kohler shipped through an independent shipper & I had to call to request delivery which no one told me I would have to do. When I didn't receive delivery I called the shipper & they said they had the item for a while. I don't understand why they didn't deliver it. |

Ordered a Kohler K-3186 kitchen sink on Wednesday and it arrived a day later on Thursday. Super... Easy ordering process, price was right, product arrived in perfect condition, sink is great. Will order from this vendor again in the future. |

Great price, and seemed to ship faster than the lower priced shop recommended by Price Grabber. I'd only save a couple of dollars, but my item would ship in 7-10 days with the other shop. Faucetdirect.com ships within 24 hours. |
