|| 2/18: ordered faucet || 2/19: received email notification for shipment date of **March** 18 || 2/20: sent email asking to cancel order -- delay unacceptable for my timeline || 2/20: received email confirming receipt of request to cancel - must verify with warehouse || 2/22: money was refunded via Paypal. All in all a satisfactory experience, but in my opinion, a back-order of a month should be noted on the item for consideration BEFORE they take your money. Frankly, I feel pretty lucky based on the other reviews... |

THis is not a warehouse they have no products and work thru Vendors and Manufacturers

I can't begin to describe how awful my experience with this company has been. In a nutshell, I ordered over $1400 worth of products. $600 of it never arrived. They refuse to re-send the lost products or reimburse me. The customer service representatives have been absolutely no help whatsoever. I am gutted and feel like a fool. |

They took my money and never shipped me ANYTHING. Worst online shopping experience ever. I finally had to dispute the charges and am letting my credit card company deal with them. This company is a scam and will take you for all they can. Stay away, FAR away, and warn your friends and family. Retailer Response (08/05/2010): Dear Lastlaugh79, I'm sorry about the turmoil that we put you through with your purchase of a Kohler faucet. Clearly we failed to properly inform you of the status of your order several times which is unacceptable. We have since changed the way that stock is show on our site so that our customers know exactly what is and what is not in stock at the time of their purchase. In addition we have also streamlined our crediting process so that the situation you experienced with having to wait for a credit to applied to you will not happen in the future. I hope that one day you are willing to give us a chance to prove to you how much we really have changed since your last order. Have a great day. |

Terrible customer service. It took over two weeks, an email, and FIVE phone calls to cancel an order for an item they DID NOT HAVE and get my money back. Details: I called and emailed asking for my order to be canceled since they didn't have the item. Never received my money back. Two weeks later I called back and had to wait while they talked to someone else to get it canceled. This time I waited for confirmation. They sent an email showing the correct amount to be credited. A couple of days later I got an email showing a lesser amount was credited to my card. They didn't refund the Next Day Shipping even though they never shipped anything. Another call and they insisted they credited it the day of the sale. After calling my card co., I called them for the fifth time and finally got someone to realize that what they claimed was the shipping being credited on the day of the sale was actually shipping being charged. Finally it was refunded. Beware. Retailer Response (08/05/2010): Dear Paulngena, I'd like to apologize for all of the hassle that you had to go through in order to get an order canceled and the proper amount credited back to your card. We have since then made some serious improvements to our system which include giving our customers a more accurate view of stock availability so that customers are not presented with delays in their projects due to their products not being able to ship. In addition we have also streamlined the crediting process as well as increasing our finance department staff so that we can ensure that all credit are applied in a timely manner. I think that if you were willing to give us a second chance that you would see that we really have changed. Have a great day. |

Horrible customer service. Ordered faucet 3 weeks ago. Never received. Called multiple times and left voicemail. Never responded to emails. Had to dispute with my credit card to get my money back. I don't believe any of the 5-star ratings here are real. I think their employees are putting fake reviews here.
