This is my 3rd attempt at ordering this book. When I called customer service the 1st person was no help. I had to order this book 3 times, the 2nd order indicated order cancelled under status, so I placed a 3rd order. I have received 2 books and been charged for 2 on seperate bank accounts. I now need to go through the hassle of returning 1 of the books. |
