This is a great place to get textbooks. The deals are great and the shipping is mostly free (if you spend a certain amount, it's free). I was surprised at how long it took to get this book. I was not told when I made the purchase that it was not available from BiggerBooks and would have to be sent to them from one of their suppliers. The book did not arrive in time for my first day of class, so that was a little disappointing. However, BiggerBooks did do their best to make up for it by upgrading the shipping from USPS to UPS. Also, when I received the book, it was not in the brand new condition that I had been told it was. The book is mostly in good condition, but is a little beat up on the outside. Overall, I'm pleased and will most likely order from BiggerBooks.com in the future if they offer the best price. |

This is the third time I am placing an order for the same book. First: ordered never rec'd confirmation. Second: Placed order again and never rec'd printed confirmation via email as indicated. Called and said order was received . Order placed 2/4/2011. Checked status today and status show cancelled with no explanation. Trying third time. Wonder if I will ever receive this order. |
