The delivery time was out of sight - 2 days flat. The item arrived in great condition, and their website contained several "bells and whistles" that made ordering a cinch. For example, entering your zip and any coupon codes auto-recalculates your bottom line price. Many websites ask that you click a "recalculate" button to acheive this, and the load time can take forever. Great service, fantastic price - who can ask for more than that? |

I received the stroller in record time (3 days on 3 - 5 day shipping)and was able to use the $10 off coupon for registering for the newsletter - which cancelled out the shipping cost. I love the stroller, although the boys are still too little to use it. It was easy to assemble and very light weight. Can't wait to use it!! Thanks! |

First time to place an order with BabyAge.com and I loved it. Their price is way cheaper compare to Babies R Us and other baby stores. $9.99 flat rate shipping + no tax is great. It saved me a lot of money. Wish I knew this site before. I would recommend buying baby stuff on this site. My hubby and I loved the stroller that we purchased from them. It's like an SUV type stroller from Graco. Rittenhouse is the best color. Not much store carry this color and brand. Thanks Babyage.com. |

I received most of my order within 2 weeks. However, 1 item was missing. 13 days after placing my order I received an email from BabyAge saying the missing item was 'cancelled'and there was a $5.00 credit. After saying that, in the same email it also said the shipping increased by $5.00! Therefore, the adjustment was $0. I emailed them back complaining of this and received an email saying it was a "system error" and they would credit my credit card within 3 business days. 10 days later I emailed them again saying the credit had not posted. I never received another response from them even after I emailed them a second time. I finally had to go thru my credit card company to get my refund. For this reason, I would NEVER shop here again, nor would I recommend any one else to buy from this company. They may have some good prices on some items, but I think my situation was 'shady' (at best) and their customer 'service' is non-existant. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassles! |

I would certainly order from BabyAge again! I almost didn't order because of the negative feedback I read. I placed my order, got an immediate confirmation - was sent another email when the product shipped. It arrived in great shape and the product was of very high quality - in original packaging and brand new condition. Not to mention great pricing. |

BEWARE of this company. I ordered a large expensive item, that DID NOT come in original packaging! My other items were NOT what I ordered at all. They were listed as "clearance" items with a $40 value for $4. I thought of this as a nice little "gift" to go with what I ordered. INSTEAD of the listed item, they sent me cheap, dollar store JUNK! Bait and switch at its absolute worst! |

Buyer Beware! I tried to cancel an order 20 minutes after I placed it, and the customer service representative said it wouldn't be a problem. I was surprised to receive the product a week later. I called BabyAge to let them know what happened. The representative Melinda was rude, and not offering me any help. Melinda was rude and said she was the one that tried to cancel it the next day (after I called). I felt that the order should have been cancelled when I called, not a day later. I asked to speak to a manager, and she rudely said ,'There wasn't a manager because IT'S 10:30PM HERE!' and hung up on me! I am waiting to call in the morning to speak to a manager and report the poor customer service. I looked up BabyAge.com reviews on other websites, and customers reported being hung up on, and also Melinda's name was mentioned . There was a lot of negative comments about this company, damaged products, inability to return. |

I ordered 3 Today's Tot Musical Discovery 3 Piece Jr. Drum Set on Nov 26,2009 and received an email on Dec 4,2009 stating this quote: "Unfortunately, Todays Tot item 73395 is currently out of stock with no availability date. Therefore, I am going to cancel the order below for a full refund. I do apologize for the inconvience. Thank You,Chris" I was very disappointed that I was not notified earlier. They still had that item listed for sale the whole week after i purchased it. Imagine how many orders they have to cancel. Now I have to shop for other toys somewhere else and hopefully get it shipped by Christmas. I missed all the other great bargains out there during the after Thanksgiving day sale thanks to Babyage. I can never trust them again. |

Bought a Highchair for my daughter and never got a tracking number and when I called 3 weeks after my purchase they had no record what so ever on why my product hadn't been shipped. I had to call the manufacturer directly (which only took me 2 minutes) to find out what they couldn't solve in 4 days Won't use this store anymore! |

This website had the greatest deal on my Recaro seat (less than half price after a coupon code, plus two free gifts). I ordered my seat Wednesday night and received it Friday, which was a big surprise. Everything was fast, easy, and inexpensive. My only complaint is that the seat was manufactured one year ago, meaning I can use it for one less year. I'm assuming that is the reason for the big discount. |
