I still have not received my item. This survey arrived before my item had even been shipped. I received a shipping notice and when I opened it, it simply stated that UPS label had been created but the item had not even been sent to UPS for shipment. As it is listed now it will have been two weeks passed by the time I receive my package. Your website clearly states that items ship in 1-3 business days and arive within 3-5 business days. Last time I checked, 14 does not fall within 1-5. |

"Keep it simple stupid!" Easy, quick, scroll through the blanks and just fill them in. Complete details, including dimensions (which we needed to fit a guy 6'5") written into the description. And the options were easy to select. |

I ordered a car seat on Amazon which was being sold through Baby Age. The price was low, so I called to confirm that it was the actual car seat as stated on the site and that the price was correct. I was told that it was the car seat and the price was correct as stated on the website. I received a confirmation email which stated that I had ordered a car seat. Three days later I receive a shipping confirmation from Baby Age stating that they shipped a car seat COVER. I called both Amazon and Baby Age, both passed the blame onto the other. I was also contacted by the supervisor who told me it was not their responsibility that the product was listed wrong. I go the run around all day. I do not recommend buying from them as they have terrible customer service. I have worked in retail for several years and we would not treat our customers as they do.
