I love shopping on line and having my order ready for in store pick up. If I don't need it right away I just have it shipped. Saves me time shopping in the store trying to find what I am looking for. I can shop when it is convenient and just run in and pick up my order at my convenience. IT IS AWESOME |

So far, so good. Hope that my product pick-up experience is quick and easy. - Product pickup was simple and quick. I did not have to wait in line or wait for my order to be brought to me. Great customer service! |

It was very easy to search for what I needed and place the order. The price was prominently displayed and it was very clear that the item was not in stock, but backordered (not always clear with other merchants I have used). |

the item that I had finally decided to purchase was not in stock for pick-up as indicated, at two locations. Then after a phone call, I am told it was not even available for shipment. What kind of inventory control is this? |

I had promotional codes from McDonalds and worried I wouldn't know how to use them. It was very easy to find out where to enter them and they confirmed the amts on them right away. VERY easy to do. I commend them highly on this. |

Not clear why there was still a shipping charge when I had clicked pick-up..... but I redid the order and probably had forgotten to make ALL the items pick-up. Need to add a reminder next the the frieght charge if one or more items are pick-up but not all are pick up. |

I didn't have any problem with placing my order thru Best Buy. My problems have come when trying to submit this survey. I had everything filled in with the exception of comments (which should be optional) and it kept saying that I didn't have some of the mandatory questions answered....... |
