Placed my order with the greatest of ease. Then upon "submit" up pops another page that shows an album I might like even better. I'm sure I can call 1-800 and change it if I want to. |

Order site is intuitive and easy to navigate. Especially like the fact that late in the process (just prior to confirmation) if you want to change something in the cart, it's easy to do AND the shipping/billing information already entered is not wiped out. |
