I had a very pleasant experience during my ordering process from this vendor. Thank you for making it a smooth uninterrupted process. The 8 1/2" clear acrylic horizontal frames were fairly priced, and arrived as they were shown on the web site. |

I have been seeking for the longest time an album that would allow me to put 8x10 and 5x7 photos, especially having refill pages. I have so many old family photos which require some reorganization. If things work well, I will be back to purchase a whole lot more. |

I needed some assistance selecting the correct product for the disaster at hand (involving a cat, a pink cupcake and a book dust jacket. I rang up customer service and spoke with Miss Andra (?). She was personable, polite and extreme knowledgeable about your products. In addition, she did not seemed shocked or even mildly surprised about the cat crime that prompted me to seek out you company. My impression of your business is generally formed by the person who assists me over the telephone. So many products and services can be obtained at a plethora of websites and internet shops. I will certainly patronize your company again because of the pleasant and efficient service I received from the pleasant, well-mannered and most knowledgeable young woman who assisted me today. This couldn't have been faster or easier. I could have looked for weeks to find a photography store in our area with the print preservers I wanted buy but in the matter of a few clicks I was able to order exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. I couldn't be happier. |

I feel the shipping prices are fairly high. I wouldn't usually pay as much in shipping as the product itself, but I have already ordered others and wanted this one to match. |
