My order with AmericaRx was really the worst online ordering experience of my life. I was blatantly lied to by staff on the phone and over email. The entire organization comes across as a well organized scam. My order just never came and when I called to inquire, I would get the run around and then an email saying it shipped. A week would go by and nothing so i'd call again and be told that it was being shipped... This went on for a few weeks. When i once asked to speak with a manager, the guy (the call center is CLEARLY outsourced, incidentally) said he'd call me back with a manager in 10 minutes.... never heard back. I was told over email and phone that my order would be canceled and card refunded several times... still waiting. |

Their certificate of authenticity did not have an issuer identification. There is as possiblility that it is bogus and not valid. The merchant held specialty items - just what I was looking for. However, when I went to place my order, it was difficult to sort items (though the list offered a sort by price in both ascending and descending order, I wasn't sure which was high or low...but it didn't matter anyway because when I chose this items the same items appeared first so it didn't offer a helpful sort mechanism). This made it difficult for me to browse by price, and to find other items that might have been of interest. |

I've ordered from this merchant through Amazon in the past and was very satisfied at the time. Service is prompt and product is good. Service was prompt considering I ordered the product shortly before the Christmas holidays. |

My only complaint is that so far both of the orders I've placed have had backordered items - and this was not indicated on the order page. But I'm willing to believe they may have been in stock when I ordered, and were sold out by shipping time. But this is my only complaint. A great business |

I received only part of my order. I called customer service, and they promised that the missing items, the most expensive part of the order, were being shipped separately. I have still not received the merchandise. I have not received a credit. I will be placing a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charges. |
