To make a long story short, I was shipped my order, then recieved a notification 2 days later that they were making a partial refund because product was out of stock. WHY CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER IF THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IT?! The refund didn't even cover the extra shipping paid for the product. Plus, I didn't want only part of the order, but they were sneaky to send me that info AFTER it had been shipped. I refused shipment, they refunded another portion of the price, but they STILL OWE ME $4.81. And of course, they now will not return any emails. This is customer service at its worst! |

My only complaint is with the fact that you use private mail couriers. They are extremely expensive (the shipping cost more than the merchandise) and they are note always much faster (I have received packages from the US via normal post service in just a couple of days longer). State airmail post should, I think, be cheaper and comes fast enough. Private enterprise for public services is a rip off - the Italian Post is just as quick as the couriers! Don Pilarz |

I love AmericaRx.com because it always has the items I need especially those I can't find anywhere else. I have 2 complaints. Navigating the web pages were easy but it was very slow. I misplaced my password and asked them to send it to me and they still haven't. I don't know if AmericaRx was slow or if my server was slow but other than that my experience was very positive. |

The worst experience I've had with an online merchant ever! Their customer service is non-existant, and they can't figure out of their items are in stock or not. One day it is, the next day it isn't. Complete waste of time to try to get someone to respond to emails or answer their phone. Save yourself the hassle, don't buy from americarx.com |

The only reason I'm a repeat customer is the fact that they take Paypal. I've ordered many times from here and many aspects of the site don't work. I can't sign in as a returning customer, which negates any discount I might be eligible for and I started paying by paypal when I couldn't get the site to accept my credit card. It also won't except my e-mail address or any log in information. It's as if they don't want you to be able to get that 5% discount. I order over $100 each time so it would be a nice savings. |
