My order was placed with express shipping. When it still had not been shipped five days later, I cancelled it. The company sent three emails that the order had been cancelled. They refunded my Paypal account. Seven days later, I got an email the (cancelled) product had been shipped. An unauthorized charge was made to my credit card.I refused the delivery when it came to my house. I have had no luck with customer service. They do not call back when I leave a message, they keep me on hold, they say one thing and do another. |
