I would have liked to be able to customize the computer a lot more. If I could Have I would have had a better video card. Everything else was very nice. |

Very easy to customize system and purchase. My only suggestion has to do with items saved to "my wish list". When I later recalled a computer system configuration that was saved to the wish list, the recall did NOT display important configuration details that were NOT optional (memory, hard drive size, specs for the video card). The recalled configuration only contained the list of selected options. TO MAKE SURE of what I was buying, I had to go through the customizing process one more time, which was easy but should have been unnecessary. |

Very intuitive ordering process. Simple, fast, and easy to follow process. I don't shop this site often so it makes it a good experience when the process is simple and easy to follow. |

You do NOT have seemless integrtion with Dell Financial Services. Entry on the order screen modified details on the Dell Financial Services account with SHIP TO data. I ended up paying MORE $$ short term due to an inabilitity to get the website to ship to my son and bill ME. I ended up paying MORE $$ long term because I couldn't take advantage of your 12 mo same as cash options. I wasted over an HOUR trying to make it work. Were it not for the fact that you are the only vendor to sell the product my son wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. |

Military Shipping information IE: Zip codes and Address need to be entered into system validation. Also need to add a help address section for anyone who resides within the military when they want to order items. |

Actually had to put my purchase in my cart 3 times before it actually locked in! The other times I put it there, it didn't stick and I had to start over with the order. Kept saying "error" for the webpage. Very time consuming in the long run. |

Called to get help on a problem with an on line purchase. The gentlemen from India was no help at all and when I asked for a supersvisor I was put on hold. Finally the call was dropped after a long wait. First delivery date was extended a few days after the order and when I called to cancel i was told I couldn't as the Item had shipped with yet another delivery date. |

great site..,I got lost and you helped find me and the order went through await dell no. 3 ..got the machine out of the package pklugged it in and what a pain it has been since I bought it. Virtually no paper work..have to go to the web..will not as it does not service a land line..a lot of things that seem to be permanently on it would be great if I was a teenager..went and tried to transfer programs from my computer a dell inspiron and found that nothing is compatable..so the savings weill be spent on new programs..every piece wants to go to the web..found out I can get to the web thanks to Best Buy and 50 bucks..well next is a return..a lot of scmaltz and no heart..after buying my last two computers from dell..no more and no more recomending scmaltzy microjunk..really happy with this purchase. |

I have navigated many shopping websites in the past few years. This kept telling me I had errors "highlighted" below. Not so! I feel this shopping website is one or the slowest and difficult to use that I have experienced in many years. |
