US MATTRESS WAS VERY EASY TO USE! EVERYTHING I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT THE MATTRESSES WAS RIGHT ON ONE SCREEN. THE ONLY THING I WISH THEY HAD WAS A COMPARE OPTION SO YOU COULD LOOK AT MORE THAN 1 INSTEAD OF HAVING TO HIT THE BACK BUTTON. BUT OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF SHOPPING US MATTRESS! I WOULD MOST DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WAS ALSO HAPPY WITH THE DELIVERY. DELIVERY GUYS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. LET THEM IN THE PUT THE MATTRESS ON OUR BOX SPRING (AND DIDN'T MESS UP MY BED SKIRT!!!!) AND WERE OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! THANK YOU US MATTRESS!!! |

US Mattress had the largest selection and the most information available. Making a major purchase like this online made me nervous. But with the information they provided me with, I feel like I will get the mattress we want. |

I can't really rate this merchant on anything other than the purchase experience until I receive my merchandise. I'm happy to re-rate at that point. I just received my mattress set yesterday, a little over a month after ordering it, so it was late, but it was the local delivery company's fault. US Mattress was very nice about discovering the problem, though they couldn't solve it. The mattress and box spring seem to be in good condition, but the bed frame was bent. I haven't had a chance to contact the company about that. |

They advertise free next day shipping to your front door, on the contrary i had to help unload the damn mattress on to the sidewalk and thats as far as the one delivery person who shoed up was willing to take it. It also took 9 days on a "Next Day" delivery. I feel I was lied to in order for them to make the sale. |
