Placed order. Received conformation right away But order was never shipped then called and then was told that it was discontinued, which if that was the case should of been notified immediately so I could do something different instead of letting me wait 9 days till I called to confirm shipment and was told not available. |

I have always had good service aand excellant merchaandise until I ordered some paper tape over a month ago. I sent them 3 e-mails and then called them. I found out that the item was out of stock but no one haad notified me. They did plaace the order with another supplier and I stll haven't recieved the product. Something has apparently changed with their service and it isn't for the better. |
