They almost always ship very quickly. I've ordered from them for a long time and there have only been two instances where the wrong product was shipped. Both were resolved quickly and easily. |

The website advertised no shipping on orders exceeding $25. My order (without the advertised discounts) was +/-$140 and I didn't receive the free shipping. Additionally, the item I ordered had a 35% discount offered, reducing the purchase price from $26.13 to $14.39, but when purchasing online the checkout cart didn't calculate the discounted price. So, I paid shipping and the full price of the item. I didn't receive the free shipping or the price discount that was ADVERTISED. I want the merchant to honor these discounts and free shipping and credit my credit card for the differences I was supposed to get. The reason I went ahead and placed the order was because I need the items/medical supplies. |
