Great service and excellent products. However, I'm annoyed with the come-on for free shipping and each time, "Sorry...discounted already." Not good. Each time I call customer service I am impressed with the professional and personal response. Good turn-around time for shipping, also. Excellent merchant. I have to tweak the search for specific items, and cannot even repeat display pages. Maybe this is "user" problem more than your website design, but the design does not seem easy to use. I appreciate being able to order from you. |

The site is easy to find, and the items are easy to locate there. The order forms are self-explainatory and easy to fill in. On previous orders, they arrived ahead of estimated arrival date and was exactly as I had ordered. |

Seem to be the lowest priced for the product I wanted. However, I've only received 2 of the 4 items, and the 2nd item took 7 days to arrive versus the 1st item only taking 5 days. |

Ordering is simple and customer service is very helpful. My son is paralyzed and I am thrilled with the discounts that I get with your company-especially with the catheters. He is only allowed 30 a month with his insurance. |

Allegro Medical has been such a great help as I battle an ongoing medical situation. Having the supplies I need brought right to my door is fantastic, and the pricing is helpful on the budget. There are so many things that insurance does not pay for, and being able to get these items from Allegro Medical has saved my husband from trying to find things at local stores (who don't carry many of the things we need). All in all, I am so thankful for Allegro Medical and their service. It helps to have them right at my fingertips on my laptop computer! |
