My only complaint is that there was not a "check out" icon or button. I just had to keep hitting the back button until I found it. Awkward, but that was my only problem. |

Very good experience. This was the only site that had duvet covers for my oversize King comforter. I almost returned it when I accidentally found Ambience Linens via Bizrate. Thank you for making the oversize products that I needed. |

Cool. I was informed via email of an item in my order being out of stock and they would hold my order until they heard from me otherwise. Had the words "temporarily out of stock" been listed on the website I would probably have waited to place the order for that item at a later time. Especially since I did not get to read my email until a day or two later. Though I replied immediately (for the order not to be held for that one item) I was afraid that I would not get the order on time. Thankfully I did. Also, though the box seemed intact, there was an item whose plastic packaging was torn, I have not had the opportunity to fully inspect it, but it appears undamaged other than the outer plastic wrap. Other than that, I would order again from this web site. |

I would recamend this site to friends and family. I would also come back and shop here again. They need to have more shipping options, and have their customers sign the UPS notice to have UPS leave the package without a signiture being required at delivery |

(May 30) I have not yet recieved my product because I just placed the order but the process was very easy and I found something else I needed when I came to their site. Looking at the other reviews, I dont expect there to be any issue receiving the product, but if there is I will come back and edit this text. (JUNE 8) I have not yet received my order but it looks like that is UPS's fault. From Ambiance Linen's end everything went extreamly well and I would recomend them to other shoppers. |
