Smooth, Found the camera bag I wanted in the Mall, but found the best price at onsale. Ordered Sat Jan 22 regular shipping UPS. Received my tracking # on Tue, Canon Gadget Bag Deluxe 100 EG arrived on Thursday. Great Deal Thank You. * Account set up a little tricky. After setting up account had to go back to reselect item. The only issue I had was that my shopping cart was emptied automatically when I signed up with a new account. I had to add my item again once I was signed up. The price for the item I bought (a 1GB Memory Stick) is really, really low. They don't give you a tracking number, but they do have a page that shows you the package's current status via a UPS portal. I would use them again. |

Web site tried to give me 2 or more of the product and I had to find another website to get any information about the product at all. Even with having to find the information on another web site i would probably buy from the same place. |

Having been prompted by the website to call for product availabilty, I ended up placing my order with a wonderful human being who even found some discounts on a few items as well as finding an item available that the website thought was not. Excellent experience. Wish they weren't in CA since I was ordering for OK and was able to avoid the sales-tax ... yet, I live in CA. O'well ... great service! |

Was leery but decided to try the merchant since the price was so much lower than the others. Ordered an ATI Radeon 9800 Mac Special Edition card from them. It came in a week, as expected, and has worked just fine for six weeks. No complaints; would shop from this site again. |
