Their website showed in stock for the item I ordered. They shipped the item which I received, only they shipped the wrong item. I contacted their customer service department and was advised they would issue a return tag, and as soon as the incorrect item was received by them, issue a credit to my account, and then they would ship the correct item back to me. I am completely disgusted with this experience, and also with this website for allowing a company with so many complaints to remain. |

I will never purchase from Dick's Sporting Goods again. This was the absolute worst ordering experience I have ever had. They lost the order between their warehouse and fed-ex. I called customer service multiple times with little to no help since their web site said that it was shipped. All they offered to do was initiate a tracker. Customer Service never offered any solution to remedy the situation, I had to request they ship another to me over night (which they did not want to do). |

Dick's is the worst internet shopping site I've ever encountered. They cancelled my order for "problems in authorizing payment," yet still charged my card for the unshipped item. They sent email inviting my response with customer service questions, only to bounce my questions back because their email address was for outgoing mail only. The telephone customer service number is worthless, and their online feedback post doesn't work. Shopping online with Dick's is a perverse joke - stay away! |

I can't believe the absolute lack of customer service. I have been trying to get someone to call me back about an order that was shipped with the wrong address and it has been 4 days and they still have rectified the situation even though I have called them several times each day. |
