Excellent Online Merchant. I've always gotten my orders in a timely manner. Merchant notifies purchaser immediately if there are any shipping delays or inventory delays. |

I have bought over 20 DVDs from them in the past three months. Their web site is slow and the free shipping is great but it take about two weeks to get your order. But their price is most of the times the lowest. Prety good customer service too. |

These guys rock. Have ordered over 20 DVD's so far. Their prices are competitive and the free shipping saves me even more money. Even their service is good. One of my recent orders never arrived and they immediately shipped me another batch priority mail with no charge to me. They responded to my problem quickly. |

I have ordered several DVD's from them, always using the free shipping option. They are the first website I go to when buying DVD's and usually the one I buy from. The free shipping is a little slow, but that's USPS Media Mail for you. If you want faster shipping its still a pretty good deal. You want to see a deal? I have already recommended Deep Discount DVD to friends and will continue to do so. It is, without doubt, one of the very best DVD deals on the WEB. Add to that their hands-on, friendly customer service and you have one of the best buys around. I can't think of anyone else who offers free shipping. Very highly recommended |

I've ordered about 50 DVDs through the web. The majority were from DeepDiscount. They are usually the cheapest, are very dependable and deliver right to my door. If I'm in a great hurry, I'll drive to the store. I've never had to use their return service, so I have no idea how they are in that department. I'm very satisfied. |

Free Shipping. The Free Shipping is done by USPS Media Mail, so it does take around 7-10 days, but that is to be expected since USPS even estimates a longer wait. And if you want it faster, those prices are better too - $1.95 for USPS Priority Mail, and that is a Flat Fee, not per item. Bookmark this site. |

I ordered 3 DVDs and at checkout was told that 2 of the 3 were in stock. The next day I got a status e-mail that none of them were in stock. If you're not in a hurry, the prices are great. |

I ordered 4 DVDs from their site on the Monday before Christmas Eve. I received them on Thursday following. Service was excellent. The server for the order history seemed slow and I wish there were package tracking.If these minor things were fixed it would be the perfect experience. I will do all of my DVD shopping here in the future. |

As far as I'm concerned, there's really no need to buy DVDs anywhere else. I've ordered over 25 DVDs from these guys and never had a problem. They ship quick and, of course, have the lowest prices and NO SHIPPING CHARGES! I just ordered 6 more DVDs today! |
