Still did not receive my DVD's. The status states OPEN. I will never order from this company again. This has been 15 days since ordering and I have yet to receive. |

I love their selection and prices however it took a really long time to get my package. I ordered from a different sit in the same state 4 days later and used the same shipping method and it arrived a day before. but when it did arrive, I was satisfied with the packaging and the dvd's were in perfect condition. worth the wait if you are looking 4 quality products, some hard to find. |

Really, how is it that websites, including DeepDiscount, can't add the simple code to handle if someone includes dashes or spaces when they input their credit card number? Make it user-friendly with virtually no effort or overhead. It's just inexplicable not to! |

I ordered from them since Oct 16th. They didn't tell me anything that it was a back-order item until I emailed them on the status of the order. So, I cancel the order on Oct 29th via email and I got a reply that I only cancel an order within 24 hours before the anticipated ship date on back order item. After reading that, I notice that there is a cancel button in "order status" page on their site. I've clicked cancel order on the October 30th, and yesterday I got an email that the order is being shipped. I don't recommend buying from this site, unless if you really love to pay someone and not sure when you will get what you pay for. Very bad communication and customer service. Until now I still don't know when i will receive it since there is no tracking number provided also. I could get the same Blu-ray for $5 extra and without the hassle of doing this. I guess Deepdiscount.com seem to be some guy that just have a website and work from his garage on his underwear. |
