I ordered several items from this merchant over a month ago and have yet to receive them. I also queried the help desk, and didn't get a call back or an e-mail either. I want a refund, but can't get it because I haven't heard back from this merchant. This is bad business on their part, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. |

I have ordered from this company about 3-4 times in the last year and a half. Absolutely no problems. Well, that was destined to change. I placed my order on 11/20/11 and still have not received it. I could not reach them by phone due to their evasive tactics to not provide telephone customer service for questions about existing orders. I sent 6 online questions regarding my order and have never received one response. I guess I will have to place a formal complaint with the Attorney General in my state. I have already reported them to Visa for a chargeback. How disgusting and dishonest this company turned out to be. I hope some regulatory body steps in and charges them with criminal charges and makes them stick. Whoever is behind this company is a fraud and deserves to be put in prison for fraud. *******DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY******* My first thought when they answered none of my help requests was that they were headed for bankruptcy as another reviewer remarked. |

My situation is the same one found on numberless statements about this company. The order was placed and the credit card purchase was processed the same day. It has now been more than a month and nothing has been received or even sent according to their own records. After reading what others have encountered, I now know that I am just one of many with the same experience. I have made an official complaint with the credit card company and intend to contact the Better Business Bureau in their city of operation. Customer service is a bad joke. Trying to find someone to communicate with on their website is like riding on a Merry Go Round. You go around in circles and never get any further than where you started. I will I never do business with them again, I'm feeling stupid in the first place because I didn't check them out better before placing an order. |

Charged my credit card, sent two of six items, never sent the rest. They don't respond to questions about order status, and they don't respond to requests to cancel the order. They are clearly trying to make money by charging credit cards for things never sent. Doing just enough legitimate transactions to appear above-board, but really just a thinly veiled scam. |

I purchased from them and almost a month later things have not been shipped – however they billed my card immediately. I called customer service several times and the voice message said to go on-line and then abruptly hung up on me. I sent two e-mail and despite the fact they said a response would be in 24 hours I heard nothing. I finally selected the option to place a new order. The rep game me an extension after I go a little nasty with her. I Finally got a rep who told me 7-10 more days and that wasn’t a guarantee that my items would actually ship!!!! The guy had no explanation or sympathy. So I cancelled my order and he said the refund would take 2 weeks. I will never order from this company again. |

Ordered three items early September. Two items finally arrived 6 weeks later. The last item never arrived. No response at all to any e-mails. Finally had to file charge back for the last item.They are either completely disorganized or are trying to cheat buyers. Would NOT recommend and would NOT buy from again. |

7 weeks since I ordered, still zero shipped. I've never had any online store take more than 2 weeks to get an order to me. MotherNature.com is coming off as real "scam bags" or should I put a "u" in scam and change it to "scum bags". Will communicate with the Federal Trade Commission re: their website and contact my bank through which this order was placed on the credit card. Will see if the FTC can shut down their website> Will see if there's any possibility of a Class Action Lawsuit. |

10/20/11 I ordered honey from mothernature, and my credit card was charged on that day, before shipping. One month later, I have not received this pkg. Mother Nature never emailed me nor replied to my 11/3 problem ticket 162710 re. this, even after 4 followup msgs. Their phone no. is a recorded msg directing callers back to website. Googled company reviews show dozens of unhappy customers not receiving orders in the last few months. (This company clearly is headed toward bankruptcy and is trying to scam as much money as possible before it is shut down.) |

Placed my order on 10/10/11, only 3 items arrived in about 2 weeks. They have charged my credit card for the full order. No answers to online requests and no one to speak to on the phone. Will have to file a dispute with credit card company and will never order from them again! |

This company can't get their heads out of their metaphorical behinds. After 6 weeks and many emails, I cancelled my order of the last 2 items that remained unfulfilled (even though their website says the items are in stock). 6 weeks later, I still haven't received my refund. If this was just once, OK, but this is the second consecutive order with the same problem. Don't order from these guys. (Too bad because their prices are great) |

The shipping is way to much....no savings. I will continue to check other sites for better deals.i have called the 800 number with no help from your company. I placed my order on 9-30-11 and had no idea that it would take so long to receive my products. I am leaving town on the 15th and have no way to contact you. This site is crooked. I paid $149.80 for cataract eye drops for my aunt and the order was never received. I had to order elsewhere after I contacted this site 3 times and never received a response. I had to report as a theft to get my money back and am still awaiting my money. My advice - Proceed with caution. Use paypal, it's worth the extra. Don't trust this site. |

I ordered from them in June. Have yet to receive an item from my order. As people have noted, e mails about missing orders do not receive a response. I just called the 800 order number, said pleasantly that I understood that they couldn't help me with existing orders (I was planning to ask to be transferred to a supervisor; if that didn't work I was planning to call the state consumer affairs office). The nice young man on the other end of the phone did look up my order, said he assumed the item was on back order -- something I had never received notice of, though I was charged for the item -- that he would make a note in the system, and that I should receive it within 10 days. I hope that I do but the impossibility of contacting them, and the numerous other bad reviews, make it extremely unlikely that I will order from them again. |

I sent a request for information about the availability of a product on August 18. I never got a response but assuming they were bona fide, went ahead and ordered several items. I paid them for the items, and paid for express shipping, but to date, though I have emailed them several times, I have not had one single response. They state they will respond within 2 business days. There is no way to have direct contact. This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had. As a result, I am reporting them as scammers to the Federal Trade Commission and to the FBI. They are engaging in FRAUD by promising online something they intentionally do not deliver. There are many such complaints online. Their business model seems apparently to be based on fabricating a sale, collecting money from customers, not delivering the products, and at the very least, collecting interest on the money they've collected, if indeed they ever return the money. BEWARE THIS ONLINE MERCHANT |
