Do not trust them! I ordered two items three month ago and have charged with them but in the confirmation email and in the website, there is no item and it just show me the shipping charge. I needed them and I didn't know what should I do. After two weeks, I tried to email them, after first email nobody answer me, I mailed them again so they respond me that “I am very sorry to inform you that your order has been canceled. …. I have already submitted a refund request with our accounting department. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing …” , after one month nothing happen so I again emailed them and then again after a couple of email they respond me as “Our pologies for the delay in issuing your refund. I have re-submitted your request to the accounting department and flagged your account as a "high priority".” And I still not received my money or items. After that they write in my account that they are shipped!!! PS: after that nobody respond to my further email |

Did not ship for 2 weeks after ordering. All products were listed as in stock at the time of ordering, so the order should have shipped within a few days. Sadly that did not happen and I do not think I would order from them again. Products were as described. |

Do not order from Mothernature.com unless you want a huge hassle. Very poor communication and poor customer service. They waited until 9 days after I placed my order to tell me it's out of stock, and then didn't refund my money. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card to get my money back a couple weeks after they were supposed to refund it. And there's no phone number to call -- the one listed on the site just gets a recording that you have to email them. And emailing them through their website is a much more complicated process than it should be. Huge waste of my time and effort, and thank God for the ability to dispute a credit card charge, because otherwise I might have never seen my money again. |

Quick and easy ordering. However the first time I submitted the order I didn't get a confirmation page so I thought it didn't go through so I re-created the order and submitted it again. When I got 2 email confirmations, I tried to cancel one order but I couldn't do it online as the order was immediately sent to the warehouse. There were no live people answering the telephone. This was very frustrating. |

I will use Mother Nature in the future instead of PP vitamins. I was disappointed that I ordered vitamins and found out after I had ordered that they were backordered. I have run out of B Complex while waiting and am not satisfied at all. Not sure I will use MN in the future. |
