In addition to a few food products, I ordered 2 bottles each of shampoo and conditioner (which was the reason I ordered, I had been wanting to try a particular brand that's hard to find), 1 set of 2 different scents. One of the conditioners was the wrong scent. I called their so-called "customer service," which is really only an order line because if you're calling to do anything other than make a purchase, you'll get a recording to go to their website for customer service and then be disconnected. I finally pressed 2 for the order line and told the rep I would like to be transferred to someone who could help with an order problem. I left a voicemail for "V". I also submitted a ticket through their website which said they would contact you in 1-2 days. It has been 3 days and some change and I've yet to hear back from them. I will be disputing this charge with my bank, and obviously, won't be ordering from this merchant again. |

Don't use this place. I made an order, never got it. I got a confirmation e-mail - but under my account info it says the item is backordered, yet it also had a ship date (?) which basically means they messed up somewhere. Currently waiting on hold for over 25 minutes now. After I get my money back I am so done with these clowns. |

I ordered several supplements online with this company and received nothing. After the order was swirling around in the USPS tracking system, I was told I'd have to contact my local post office. Since I wasn't ordering this for myself, I advised them that I wasn't able to locate the phone number for my recipients post office, that it was already 6 days when Express Mail should only take about 2-3 and that I would like a refund. They finally agreed...unfortunately, that was over a month ago. I'll be disputing my charges with my bank and NEVER ordering from this company again. Besides, if you have 29 minutes to wait on hold, go for it, because after that you are automatically thrown into a general voicemail box that is full and cannot accept any more messages. What a horrible horrible company. |

Great prices on all natural products. When the package arrived I was very pleased with the condition of the items. One nail polish had come lose from it's protective wrapping. But, it did not break. |

"MOTHER NATURE LIED TO ME! I WAS SCAMED!" I am now very dissatisfied with how Mother Nature conducts there business. They sent me a product that I did not order. I sent that product back to there company Monday, July 27, 2009 along with an email on Saturday, July 25 and I still do not have the product I ordered or my money ($33.07) that they charged my credit card. I sent a second email August 10 requesting a refund. They send me an apology email 8-11-09 saying they will refund my credit card 2-3 business days. Today is 8-22-09 it has been almost a month now and they have not refund my credit card and I dont believe they intend to. " |

I decided to cancel my order about 30 minutes after I made it. I contacted them via their website and direct email. I got a response the next day saying it was canceled. Today (day 2) I received a shipping confirmation email. I called and asked what was going on and they asked me to refuse the package and will not refund my money until after they get the product back. SHODDY customer service, guys. |

Absolute worst company ever! Do NOT buy anything from them! You'll just get ripped off and never receive what you ordered. On July 12th I ordered a supplement. Instead they sent pineapple hand soap. I called, and a week later got another shipment of hand soap instead of the supplement. Called again, the guy was rude, never did anything he said he was going to do, and he hung up on me. I sent an email that was never responded to. I called again, and the girl never processed my refund like she said she was going to do. Each time I called I was on hold for 10 to 20+ minutes. I'm so frustrated and angry with this company. Each time you call their customer service rep's do nothing to solve problems. It's July 29th now (I ordered July 12th), and I still have not received the supplement or a refund. I'm fed up with this company. I'm now filing a dispute with my credit card company to get a full refund. |

Their customer service contains some of the most poorly trained people I've ever encounter. If your order goes well; you're all set...If you have a problem they are awful! They sent me the wrong amount of product (I order 4 and they sent 6 containers) When I called about the problem, they charged me for the same wrong order again. But, they never sent anything this time. It takes forever to get through to customer service. I spent 26 out of 28 minutes on the phone on hold. They kept interupting me and putting me on hold before they had any information. Good Luck if you use them. I still don't know if I'll ever get my money back. |

The service I received from mothernature.com is bad. First of all, you could never get hold of anyone there unless you have time and patient to be on hold for 20 mintues or longer. The customer service rep is rude and not helpful! I would not recommend this site to anyone. |

my order came today but it contained nothing that I ordered. It was a bottle of "fenugreek" caps but I ordered 6 boxes of organic brown rice green tea. Not only that but the phone number for mothernature is only answering on week days EST so I cannot speak to anyone until next week. |
