I placed an order On Nov 15th with priority shipping. It is the 21st I still don't have the order. I emailed Avon on the 18th and received no reply to my email. I called Avon today and was told that for "some" reason the warehouse couldn't ship the order by priority mail. Apparently they couldn't notify me that they couldn't send it priority mail either. I was also told today by the Avon representative that they would refund me the cost of priority shipping. Well my order was eligible for free shipping by standard mail under a current promotion anyway. I think this has probabley finished me with Avon. They just don't seem to care that they are giving poor service to their customers. |
