All items were clearly shown to me as far as availability. All items photos are nice and full size, unlike other web sites, that is a big plus. Prices are the best out there. I checked numerous web sites including ebay and other alternatives. The "get price quote" button is the best thing on top of it there are numerous coupon codes that the site clearly shows, not hidden ones like other sites. This is by far my greatest shopping experience for lighting. Will come back in my future shopping with out hesitation. |

I initially did not place the order (this was several days ago) as I tried to use a coupon code (given when entering site) and it did not work. I decided to go to another lighting site and place the order but got interrupted. Today I checked my email and received an email from you with a coupon code so decided to go back and try again. I ordered a light fixture on 8/29 and I am still waiting for either the fixture or a refund. I have spoken to the retailer several times by telephone and have received numerous promises, but so far no results. Shortly after the original order, I received a tracking number by email for a delivery to someone in a different state. They gave me a story that didn't ring true, claiming that the product was delivered to them damaged and that the tracking number was actually for the return shipment. Whatever. I still don't have the fixture or a refund. |

Still waiting for delivery of merchandise that Lighting By Gregory advertised. They charged my credit card but never had the merchandise in inventory. Repeated attempts to call them have been unscuccesful as they typically do not answer the phone or respond to e-mails. Final spoke with a very rude lady who hung up on me and then sent an e-mail indicating that the merchandise would not be available for another month. Never ever order from this company unless you feel like throwing your money away. |

This was one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed the order for three Murray Feiss lighting units on Monday, January 7th and received the shipment on Friday, January 11th. I was even able to find an online coupon code for $55 off of my purchase AND shipping was free. I installed the fixtures this weekend and could not be happier with my purchase! |

The 3 globe outdoor light post is beautiful and of high quality. The price was unbeatable and the shipping was extremely fast. It arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend doing business with Lighting by Gregory and I would certainly do business with them again. |

Finally found the light I was looking for. Thanks I should have remembered your place I used to shop there a lot when I lived in NYC. Edited to add: after a few days I was notified that the light was no longer available. It was still listed on their website. I found it a few hours later at another lighting company. Very disappointed |
