All items were clearly shown to me as far as availability. All items photos are nice and full size, unlike other web sites, that is a big plus. Prices are the best out there. I checked numerous web sites including ebay and other alternatives. The "get price quote" button is the best thing on top of it there are numerous coupon codes that the site clearly shows, not hidden ones like other sites. This is by far my greatest shopping experience for lighting. Will come back in my future shopping with out hesitation. |

I initially did not place the order (this was several days ago) as I tried to use a coupon code (given when entering site) and it did not work. I decided to go to another lighting site and place the order but got interrupted. Today I checked my email and received an email from you with a coupon code so decided to go back and try again. there is a problem in the page were you try to see delivery time by merchant, it switches to another page . otherwise i will do business with you again. I am an interior designer in miami and Costa Rica. |

This was one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed the order for three Murray Feiss lighting units on Monday, January 7th and received the shipment on Friday, January 11th. I was even able to find an online coupon code for $55 off of my purchase AND shipping was free. I installed the fixtures this weekend and could not be happier with my purchase! |

The 3 globe outdoor light post is beautiful and of high quality. The price was unbeatable and the shipping was extremely fast. It arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend doing business with Lighting by Gregory and I would certainly do business with them again. |

I read some of the supposed horror stories of Lighting by Gregory and, frankly, it scared me away to go to Lamps Plus and others. But then I found a fixture I could only find on the Lighting by Gregory site. So I bit the bullet and ordered through them. There was a small billing error (my fault when I ordered) and I called them and waited for the rude treatment I was assured by other entries on this review page would take place. Instead, I received pleasant and courteous service and my billing error was fixed immediately. My lamp was here in Seattle in 2 weeks. Yes, they drop-shipped the lamp from the manufacturer. I have no problem that they did not physically have the lamp in stock. I am writing this because so many entries on this site seem to be vindictive entries by people who maybe had a bad experience or by a competitor who wanted to put some doubt into the mind of the consumer –as I had supposed. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience with Lighting by Gregory! |
