I received the product in good condition. The packaging was excellent. PriceGrabber found a better price for the product. My wife loved her gift. I would most definitely recommend PriceGrabber and PC Connection to family and friends. |

Good in general, I have been buying all my computers, and accesories and everything else from you (MacConnection) for many years, and so far I never got any "PROMOTIONAL CODE" or any sort of reward for being your local customer for so many years. I would like a little something, some sort of "appretiation". |

Said call to confirm order, but you were closed. Live chat worked, well, though. If Julie (chat) knew that there was 1 item left in stock, how come that wasn't available on your website? Why did I have to call, then do live chat to find out if the order still had 1 item in stock or not? 1 compliment: I loved the feature in "Live Chat" that showed Julie had started typing already (causes the customer to be more patient while waiting for a response). Brilliant, and well done! It's the little features like this that make your customer care service stand out above the rest -- and having someone there responding quickly on a Friday night at 9 pm Central time. Thanks!!! |

I compared prices with several sites (including the Apple store) and Black Friday deals. This site had the best prices (after rebate). My only complaint is that they mailed me my computer with a shipping option that did not require a signature upon delivery. UPS left my computer sitting on my front porch, where anyone could take it. It was in an unmarked box, but still that is risky... |
