(Edited December 04th by ChrisRobb420) I thought potentail customers would like to know how good Jacob times warranty is trust me you are better off spending the xtra money and getting a real warranty from Tag Heuer Its unfortunate you don't stand behind what you sell!!! It is an internal part that broke and should be covered please send back my watch . I am also going to write a negative review online about my experience with Jacob time and Tag Heuer. I hope the bad publicity it gives is worth the $315.74 you didn't cover !!!! We received a letter from Tag Heuer, stating that your watch is not covered under warranty do to a "SET LEAVER BROKEN" and the movement was damaged. They require $315.74 for the repair |

I was seeking a rare Omega Seamaster model. It required a special order. The Jacobtime sales manager called me to explain the requirements, clearly set expectations. The watch arrived as offered, on time. A professional, reassuring experience thus far ($2700 price level). |

I was at a local jeweler here in nc wanting to buy a tissot watch but was hesitant to buy because it was out of my budget so i went online and found jacobtime and got thesame watch for 293 where the store i was at was sellin it for 595! Fast shipping same awesome watch a++ |

never heard of these guys but i took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. my tissot t-touch was exactly as they described it. brand new and all manuals included. they even upgraded my shipping for free bec my coupon didnt work. (expired). Very inteligent customer service staff. The shipping dept doesnt have to use so much padding, it took me an hour to unpack it :-) |

(Edited April 05th by superdupertrooper91) after doing some research on the Citizen Ecodrive skyhawk watch I found jacobtime.com to have the best prices with some sort of history to the company. my order was placed i got tracking info and the watch was delivered new and exactly as described. they also sent me a reusable bag with there logo on it which i thought was kool. I dont see a reason why i would not shop here again A++ |

I ordered a past model of a swatch watch as a gift for my daughter. The plastic watch case arrived very badly damaged (hinge broken and cracked)...it looked like a badly handled used item. What's more, it was ebident that the damaged goods were shipped in that condition and not due to mishandling during shipment. There were no evidence that the shipping box was damaged, nor were the missing pieces of plastic from the case present in the shipping box. I immediately filed a complaint with JacobTime through the insurer (buySafe Inc.) and was told that they would follow up promptly. In spite of two later contacts they have not responded. Never again will I purchase from JacobTime. In the past I had an excellent experience purchasing a watch from Bluedial.com and would have done so again if they had the watch my daughter wanted. Jacobtime presented a very competitive price for the Citizen watch. Compared to the price of obviously fake watches on ebay price was great. The order was place Wednesday morning; I got email confirmation of the order and of the package being ready of UPS. With the snowy weather in the mid-Atlantic this season, I got a note from UPS highlighting the weather 'exception' causing delays. There was no delay whatsoever. The watch arrived in MA at 1:00pm! Great team work from Jacobtime and UPS! Thanks for a great experience. |

so far everything seems good. I will wait til I recieve the merchandise to make further comments. Now that I have recieved the merchandise it looks fine. It is a gift for a friend and I hope it will be just what that friend wants and lasts a good long time. |

Check out was too long and caused problems with one of my credit cards. Even a call from the credit card company to confirm validity of purchase did not solve the problem. I finally had to use another card to get the order through. I order online regularly and have never experienced such a problem (which, according to my credit card company, was caused by Jabobtime order processing methods. |
