I ordered a watch from their web site on Saturday (a non-business day). On Monday the order was processed and the watch shipped via their free shipping method. When the order was shipped, I received an email with a tracking number. The watch arrived on Thursday. I found their website very easy to use. Signing up as a new user and checkout was a breeze. I would definitely order from Jacob Time again! |

i could not ask for a better experience i called in to see if the watch was in stock the rep was very helpfull and they shipped the watch out the same day with ups... order confirmation .......tracking information so i can see where the watch is every step of the way was sent to me and all was good i will definitely come back to them again!! A+++++++++ |

I did an online search for the timepiece I was interested in and Jacob Time had the best price. I chose free shipping and package arrived 16 days after purchase by UPS. There are other shipping options at reasonable rates. I would not hesitate to purchase from this merchant again in the future. |

Don't buy from this company. First they sent me the wrong watch, then, after being told repeatedly by their customer service that the correct watch would go out the next day, I was told that they did not even have the watch in stock and had no idea when the watch would be in stock. I cancelled my order with them. There are several bad reviews of this company online that say the exact same thing. Buy somewhere else. |

I INPUTED INTO GOOGLE BULOVA 98W05 AND UP CAME JACOBTIME.COM, THAY SHOWED IT WAS IN STOCK FOR A GREAT PRICE AND OPTIONS TO SHIP FROM FREE TO NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I saw a watch in a magazine that I fell in love with and started researching it on line. This site had the lowest price and good reviews, so I ordered it. I hope it is as pretty in real life and have no problems. I received the watch and love it. I would recommend this site and will use it again! |

I had a similar experience that Wang13 did. I ordered a Bulova watch (that was listed as being in stock) for my GF on 12/15. I received a tracking # the same day stating the watch would be delivered via 3 day select. 5 days later, I get an email stating UPS had "lost" my order. The email advises me to order a different watch from Jacobtime. And I know that watch will be in stock how? Ridiculous. Thankyou very much Jacobtime for putting me in this predicament just before Xmas. I ended up ordering a different watch from Blue Nile, and it arrived the next day! |

I purchased women's Tag Heuer watch w/diamonds and received free shipping and no tax; I saved $1300!! I also received an email confirming my purchase and an ups tracking number to track my purchase. My package arrived w/in 5 days which I had to sign for. I will defiantly shop w/Jacob time again. Also if you have a question about a product, your better off calling the actual store phone number, if you call the (800) number you have to leave a message. Thanks Jacob Time. |

I browsed the Jacobtime website and found the Tag Heuer that I wanted. The website stated that the watch was in stock, so I placed my order and upgraded to 2 day express shipping. After 6 days, I did hear anything from Jacobtime (no emails/calls, etc.). I emailed them to inquire about my order and they wrote back stating that the watch was out of stock and that they weren't able to locate it anywhere, but that I should peruse the Jacobtime website for another/similar watch. This non-transaction and their lame response leaves me pondering 2 questions: (1) Why did they not communicate with me immediately that the watch was out of stock so that I could at least locate another vendor in time for Christmas (2) Why would I browse the Jacobtime website for another product that may also be out of stock.? Unbelievable... |
