The order wasn't shipped complete and when I emailed them about it, the response was to use a code next time I order which allows for free shipping....hello, the site offers free shipping anyways ! They didn't try to resolve the issue and I wouldn't shop their again. Bad customer service. |

May have missed this, but I didn't see if the items in the catalog were in stock, back ordered, etc. I am assuming all the items I ordered are in stock or it would have told me that one or more were out of stock. |

I would have given this site all 5's for ratings, but when placing my order I had to use a different credit card because their system didn't offer high enough expiration dates to use my primary credit card - otherwise it is a great web site and the free shipping is greatly appreciated! |
