Found everyhting for our family ski trip at Peter Glenn. Cute jacket for my girl, snowboard jacket for my boy, and spyder jackers for DH and me. Ordered on a Sunday night and received the package on Tuesday, with free shipping. |

I ordered some very hard to find Ugg's, the Bailey Bomber, single button. I was very concerned after seeing some of the reviews here and was so relieved to recieve my perfect, unworn, sealed packed UGG's. They are perfect and REAL. Peterglenn.com is an authorized dealer. People are gouging prices on these boots and I got them for a few pennies below list, which is a great thing :) Packing was great, service great, I will be back! |

This is a dishonest and disreputable seller. I ordered a jacket from peter glenn because I had seen it in a store and then found it on their website for $400 cheaper. The jacket they sent was not the one pictured. After a little research I discovered that the picture was paired with the wrong jacket name and price. The one pictured was a much flashier and much more expensive jacket than the one they actually sent me. When I called to tell them this, they agreed to take it back, but were not very apologetic. Even more infuriating is that the wrong picture is still up with the cheaper price, even after I told them about it. An honest mistake is one thing, but this is blatant and intentional false advertisement. DO NOT BUY FROM PETER GLENN! It's not worth the hassle. At best, they pay little attention to their website, and at worst they are intentionally dishonest and misleading. |

I would not recommend purchasing from Peter Glenn. Their website claims outstanding customer service which is not what I received. I recently returned a pair of shoes I purchased after determining, from wearing them around in my house, that the comfort and fit was not what I expected. I spent around ten dollars in shipping to send them back only to have them returned back to me because 'they had dirt marks on them'. I sent them back in new condition, I never wore them outside and I'm not going to spend $80 on a pair of shoes that aren't comfortable which I can't determine from just trying them on and not being able to walk around in them. Furthermore their return policy is only 30 days which is substandard to other comparable outdoor and online shoe stores. If you do order from PeterGlenn I recommend only purchasing something you've already viewed or tried on in person and that you don't intend to return. |

For website, pricing and customer service; I would give PeterGlenn.com an A plus. My original package got shipped to Ct. rather than Wa. but when I called customer service they immediately reshipped with FEDEX EXPRESS. You couldn't ask for better service in correcting a problem. Will definitely be a return customer! |

I would never recommend peterglenn.com to anyone. I don't appreciate a company that makes claims that they cannot keep. After placing my order, it took PG 5 business days (7 days total) to ship it. According to their shipping policy, they ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving an order. Very disappointing experience. |
