I need to exchange the Sand Disk Set for a better one. The person I spoke to said he didn't know how and would pass the info to someone. He stated I would receive a call which has yet to happen. So my shopping ex is one of Poor Customer Service for Returns |

The best on-line merchant for athletic equipment I have used. Even when there was a small error in shipping items, all it took was one e-mail AT NIGHT to generate a response within an hour and a response with correct items being shipped within the day. Amazing support. |

I was a little disappointed that my item was a backorder and I was not notified of this when I checked out. However, they expedited the shipping to me and I still received it 15 days after the purchase. IMO this is very good because I didn't pay for shipping and they had the lowest price online. Very satisfied. Will use them again. |

Awesome product, great service. I was wondering why the wait after about 4 days. I called up Unique & the amiable service explained that it was being custom ordered from the factory, so at that point I understood & was willing to wait. (Not to mention this was during the big winter storm that hit the US hard) I got it later that week. Having a few questions, I called and talked with person willing to listen to my thoughts about the product & he was proactive, suggesting solutions, etc. Thanks for being a true great sport as a merchant -- will look to buy from again. Last but not least -- lowest price around, even with internet comparison shopping!!! |

ecieved e-mail that product was sold out at this time. No information about if it would come later or if the order was cancelled. I did recieve an offer to by a similair product for more money. Not a good sale or response. |
