Do not know when it is shipping or if it is in stock. Have not heard from store on if the item has shipped or if it is backordered. Customer service is lousy. |

It was very easy to place the order. I did not see when it would be shipped, so I called the 800 number and talked to Cy. He told me it would be shipped the next day and should arrive by next Thurs. or Fri. |
