This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered an e-gift card from them in December. It never showed up so I used the contact customer service link on the website. After over a month, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I finally got a hold of a live person on the phone and asked them to credit my Visa and they said egift cards are non-returnable. I patiently explained that I'm not "returning" anything as I've never received it. She said all she could do was try to resend it - 2 months after Christmas! We went round and round about the legality of taking my money but not delivering a product but it was pointless. I called Visa and they cheerfully credited my account. I will never do business with them again. |

When toysrus teamed with Amazon it was a great move. The products are the same with Amazon's website makes for a great easy transaction from start to finish. The extensive online catalog is wonderful. |

I placed the order online for a GBA game and was surprised to find that I ordered through Amazon. They exceeded the estimated delivered time by two days. Other retailers are usually closer to their target date, but early is a good thing. The price from Toys R Us was comparable to other online retailers and they actually had the game in stock where others did not. I will definately return for more purchases. |
