Looked all over for the best price and supplier and found BHPhoto had all of the above. Their return info if needed was all presented without having to look elseware on the site. As with any electronic item, their is a possibility of failure and being able to return is important. |

B&H sets the industry standard in service, customer support, inventory, knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. They are ALWAYS my first choice for any A/V, music gear or related products. The only way this story could be better would be if everything were free! Many items ordered are received following day. 2 day turnaround is great. RARELY over 2 days |

so far, easy to use. this is my initial order, so i cannot comment on service. billing by pay me later, and i was under the impression this was 6 mo no interest. it is not, and the terms are NOT clearly stated. i consider this misleading. so i will be paying off this, and closing the account. i will take my business elsewhere |

Most of the time I have no problems with this vendor. Today I had to call 4 times (got disconnected twice) and what I needed to have done the first time was not done so I had to call back again. I usually do not have to call for anything but today it was a problem. Other than that the site is wonderful. |
