I enjoy shopping on Kellyco. This is my second purchase, the first was several years ago when I bought my Garret Ace 250. It was very easy to navagate then as it was today. The merchandise I wanted was easy to find, I didn't have to go all over the site, hoping I would be able to find what I wanted. Thank You for an easy site to navagate through. |

Received the wrong product. Treated terribly when attempting to make the exchange. After 3 days of phone calls, un-returned messages, unsatisfactory interaction with staff & management, we decided to cancel the order completely, but are still being charged the shipping fees (twice) even though it was Kellyco's error to begin with. At this writing, we are awaiting a refund. Receptionist and one staff member very nice and professional, however they did not have a bearing on the final, disappointing outcome. |

placed order 8/2/10/ for detector, explained to rep that i needed delivery by 8/6/10. I was going to pay the extra money for 3 day shipping but was told by the rep that it wasn't needed because it would be delivered by 8/6/10. detector didn't arrive until 8/9/10. I left for vacation 2 days prior without the detector which I had intended to use while at the jersey shore. not a good experience dealing with kellyco for the first time. |

I contacted them through their online chat screen and chatted with JW to verify that a coil was in stock before I ordered. He confirmed that the item was in stock and I immediately ordered it online. Take a wild guess as to what email I get later... "Dear Kellyco Customer, This item is on back order at this time. We will hold your order until the item is received in and ship accordingly." Sound familiar? I'm not the only detectorist this happens to....check the metal detecting forums. To be fair, I even called them and spoke to JW and all he could say was "Well, they sell out fast." Well...they don't sell out that fast. Garbage I say. Also notice that there are no negative reviews for them on pricegrabber...that's absolute garbage as well...or maybe just a good cleanup job. wink. Luckily for them, they have near exclusives on some items. Just be prepared to wait forever. |

I had 3 phone contacts with your company: 1) I called after hours and reached your phone service, 2) your representative returned my call first thing the next morning and left a message, 3)I called and spoke with a fellow who helped me select a suitable model.
