Great site. Live chat was excellent and responsive. Waiting to receive the item though. Update: Item arrived within a week; although wish they had told me it would be shipping from Canada. Had a foreign service charge on my credit card - which wasn't much but was unexpected. |

I have only good to say about www.Inetvideo.com, this is the first time I order something from a country outside Sweden and I was chocked!! Very good information on everything, very easy to find all information I needed. Bit even moore important for a poor student like me, they have by faar the best prices I had ever seen, I was totally blown away by the fact that I could buy Transformers on HD DVD for less than 1$. I am going to to order from Inetvideo again, and so are my friend next time, thats for sure!! |

Check out was a little confusing but otherwise ok. Why do you bother customers with a stupid survey after delivery it's a movie, I got it, We watched it, were happy. I will never order another movie from you because it is too confusing. End of story. |

slow. also a note that credit card was not approved. I called the credit card company and they said it was approved and gave me the approval number. the time to go to next page was extremely slow. |
