shipping a bit steep would be nice to have a max per order. also if an item goes out of stock while in your cart it should say something not just not allow you to checkout with it in there, or you should reserve a copy while it's in your cart. |

Items "in cart" (not really in cart) get sold to whoever races to the checkout first. Then website displays misleading messages about "array index out of bounds". Requesting Online help yields the suggestion to "use another browser" which was totally worthless. 3 strikes, and aggravating in every way. Oh, and PriceGrabber, if you want the freaking OrderNumber DON'T cover it up with your popup! For crying out loud. |

"Out of Stock" should be visible on the main page. You shouldn't have to click on the item to find out its "out of stock". |

Filling shopping cart is cumbersome as you have to open each item and add separately to your cart without the ability to return to your search list. Makes it hard to buy multiple items. Shipping and handling is steep. |

Many items I was looking for weren't in stock. I used their special request feature, but they were unable to locate any, so I've ordered from amazon. Using their site was frustrating because it was often slow & I kept getting error messages. The toll-free number on the site didn't work, but they did call immediately when I used the "live call" feature. I felt a little uneasy, but gave them a chance because their prices are good. My order arrived as ordered, and I'd use them again. |

This was my first time. It was incredibly simple -- simpler even than amazon.com. The item price is excellent. The shipping price is very good. From now on, for video and related purchases I intend to check InetVideo.com first , before amazon and amazon affiliates. |

My first order was part of an order through Amazon. I have not received it yet. But in your confirmation email you left your address. I am always interested in older, worthwhile movies. So I gave your site a chance. It was easy to use for the most part. But it was very frustrating to browse a topic without a tite or actor; just to browse. Browsing was how I located the two movies I have ordered. The arrangement for browsing is more accessible on Amazon. But I found your setup workable; not just as helpful or easy to use. |
