You have the wrong instructions for customers using American Express cards. The security number is on the front of the card, not the back as your site directs. |

Purchased here before.(satisfied) Shipping not clear, on who will deliver purchase. not a USPS fan. Postal carriers do not bring package upstairs. Prefer UPS, or Fed EX. Will rate after receiving goods. |

I like to shop at a website that will let you calculate shipping before filling out all of the order form and this site did that. And the items were well priced. So I will be shopping here again for all my hair needs. |

A quick price comparison with amazon and two others revealed that your prices beat theirs by a surprising margin, including your shipping and handling charge.
