I will definitely buy from Alibris again. They have a large selection and I've found books I could find on no other web site or store. The prices are competitive, and the site is a pleasure to browse on, and the books were in the condition as described. |

Advertised book as "very good" yet it was full of highlihgting and in very poor condition, which is contrary to their stated description standards. Bastards fool customers into buying books they would not want were they to know their real condition. A total scam!! If you want to get a headache and ruin your day go ahead and shop from this store!! |

Price listed on PriceGrabber was not avaliable, although the avaliable price was still very acceptable. I still have not recieved the book, although I was quoted a shipping time of 8 days. Now that we are past 14 days, which is the outside range for standard shipping, I'm being told they won't look into it unless I have not recieved the book for 30 days. Thank goodness for credit card protection and the ability to dispute charges for which no goods or services were rendered. |

I have not received the book ordered on Jan 5, 2005. It has been three weeks. There is not a phone number to call them. I'm waiting for customer service to hear my complaint through e-mail. I will never order from them again. I never waited so long for an order. |

I ordered this textbook for my history class and after 13 days, I still have not received the book, so I'm behind in my class as a result. Customer Service has replied to my emails stating that they have no way of tracking this book and it may take up to 30 days, although I paid extra for expedited shipping(within 8 days). I want my $ back! |

This price shown on price grabber was a fake and an atempt to lure you to the store where instead of it being the lowest price among the selections it was one of the highest. |

It's twenty days and counting since I placed an order. When I wrote to express my concern, there was no response from them. Needless to say, this will be my last order with Alibris. I should have been concerned when their FAQ said they will only be involved in late orders after 30 days. I've never had a book order take so long after it's supposedly been shipped! |

i ordered a book with these poeple on jun 16 2005, it is now september 6 and i havent gotten my order!!! i have emailed them on several occasions, and have not gotten a responce.. if there was a 0 option i would give alibris a big fat 0 because i have gotten 0 customer service and 0 merchandise that I PAID FOR!!! please, please pricegrabber.com, please take alibris off of your list of stores! |

I was sent confirmation of the order and then notice of shipping. The notice said I'd recieve it by today and the product arrived today in perfect condition. I have had no problems whatsoever with this company and would buy from them again! |

I have ordered many books from Alibris, even hard to find books. I have always received my books in less time than stated, in excellent condition and at the best price. I prefer to deal with Alibris over other sources. |

Initially, the shipping cost was not clearly stipulated until checkout. It might be better to make it clear during the placing of item into cart phase |
